Artwork
Ideally artwork should be submitted at the same size it is to be printed in a pdf, jpeg, tiff, photoshop or illustrator format at a resolution of 300dpi or higher.
Turnaround
Standard turnaround is 5-10 working days from confirmation of quote and proof/demonstration artwork. Turnaround time begins from receipt of payment.
Proof/Demonstration Artwork
Clients will receive an email with proof/demonstration artwork showing the size and position of the print on the garment or bags alongside the quantity, sizes and colours of the items to be printed. After client confirmation of the artwork proof you will receive an email invoice.
Payment
Payment is by bank transfer in advance of printing your order. Account details are on the invoice.
Ecofriendly Ink
All of the inks that we use are Organic, Ecofriendly, Waterbased and Vegan. Some of the specialty inks like the metallic colours are not Vegan. Garment wash care: Machine wash at 30 degrees. Wash garment inside out.
Delivery
Delivery is by DPD or Parcel Force charged at standard UK mainland rate. Collection in person is by arrangement.
